Showcase 17

Court and collector’s weapons

This part of the exhibition presents luxury weapons associated with the European courts, especially the Habsburgs, and the craftsmen who worked for them. It is also an opportunity to discover the rich and varied decoration and symbolism that transformed old weapons into works of art, but also into an important element of men’s civilian fashion.
